God talks to us all the time! But the question is, “Are we listening?” In this New Year of 2024, we need to pay closer attention to what our Father is saying to us!

As we listen and follow what He is telling us, our path unfolds before us; doors open that could have stayed shut had we not done what we were told to do; people we encounter, may be who He sent to you to help you with what God was wanting to do! You won’t know unless you are listening!

This is all true in every aspect of our life. In all of our relationships- friendships, marriages, parents, family, acquaintances, etc….God is our Creator and His words matter!

In Matthew 4:4 NIV, “Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'””

Today, praise God that He chooses to reveal Himself in ways and/or words you can understand. Ways that make sense to you!

For me, the Bible fills the void for me and I feel safe. I thank You, Jesus, for eternalizing your words in a book, for those of us who were not present when You walked the earth. The Bible comes alive and speaks to us if we listen!
