Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us together in Your perfect timing. In this journey together, help us build our relationship on You as our unwavering foundation. Help us to seek You and Your Kingdom above everything else. Help us show grace toward one another as we continually learn how to do life together. We want to abide in You daily and seek Your desires for us. Give us a passion for Your Word and allow it to shape our lives to be more like Christ. Prepare and equip us for the future and the purposes You have for our marriage and blended family. May all things be for Your fame and Your renown. In Jesus Christ’s name we pray, Amen!

Matthew 7:24-27 NLT, Jesus says, “24 Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock. 25 Though the rain comes in torrents and the floodwaters rise and the winds beat against that house, it won’t collapse because it is built on bedrock. 26 But anyone who hears my teaching and doesn’t obey it is foolish, like a person who builds a house on sand. 27 When the rains and floods come and the winds beat against that house, it will collapse with a mighty crash.”
