Today as I was going over my tons of notes for different topics, when the Holy Spirit said “PRAY”! He showed me a prayer that I had written on August 6, 2021 at 10:30pm. He said a prayer is appropriate for today’s blog. So, below, please find a prayer for everyone as our world has suffered a lot in the last 3 years.
Dear Blessed Father, we thank You for all that You are. We thank You for loving us when we don’t deserve it! We stand praying for all who have COVID, cancer, parkinson’s, alzheimer’s, dementia and memory loss! These are devastating illnesses and diseases that are not of You!
We stand praying for marriages, families, the lost, the homeless, the abused and the jobless! These circumstances are not of You either! Yet people blame YOU when it is not because of You that they are in these situations. We all made choices. Did we turn to You and ask if it was Your will?
Father, I am sorry for anything that I have done that was not Your will! We kneel before You repenting and asking for Your forgiveness. We turn to You, Oh Great I Am, for your strength as we deal with the ailments, infirmities, loss of one kind or another, our marriages, families, relationships, friends and this chaotic world that we live in that has affected and touched everyone in some shape or form. Your children are crying out to You for help! You have given us the power and authority to trample snakes and scorpions, the devil himself and eradicate them from this planet in the book of Luke 10:19 NLT, where Jesus says:
“Look, I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy, and you can walk among snakes and scorpions and crush them. Nothing will injure you.”
We are standing firm with You, Father, renouncing all of these afflictions and circumstances! We bind them and banish them from our world! We claim and receive our healing from You, Papa! We feel Your presence and know that we are all healed and restored in the mighty name of Jesus Christ!
We thank You for all the caretakers, family and friends that lift us up and stand by us! We thank You for giving us the strength to persevere and pray for each other, Lord! Thank You for the gifts and blessings You bestow upon us every day. Thank You for your grace and mercy when we don’t deserve it. Thank You for showing us how we can come together in Unity to pray for each other. Jesus is our Redeemer and we have been saved by the precious blood He spilled to pay for our sins! We give You all the honor and praise, Father God, and thank You for Your only son as we pray all this in His powerful and mighty name which is Jesus Christ, Amen and Amen!
