God’s Timing is Perfect

God’s Timing is Perfect    By: Cody Marshall
Have you ever wondered why your prayers are not answered right away or why you’re still waiting for that breakthrough, miracle, or prophetic word? Although God‘s timing is perfect it can still be challenging and you will need to persevere in certain times and seasons. What do you do when you’re waiting on God? Here are three points to help you with this today.
1.  Pray with without ceasing.
In Thessalonians 5.17 it tells us this truth: pray continually. We also see in the book of Daniel how he was led to pray three times a day.
2.  Seek His face and heart
In Deuteronomy 4:29 it says “But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul.”
‭‭Also in doing this we are told in the word of God to fast so we can have the Holy Spirit, strength, and provision.
3.  Remember His faithfulness
God never lies and He will never leave you or forsake you. He is good because He is the good shephard. In Psalms 91.4 it says “He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge. His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.”
Also in Isaiah 40:11-12 it says “He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young.”
Furthermore, God is so good, he doesn’t give us anything until we’re ready. He always knows what’s best. He’s never too early. He’s never too late. He’s always right on time! Life is an opportunity to learn and look for God‘s wisdom and discernment each day so we can live life abundantly and let the joy of the Lord be our strength. Blessings.
